Our Origin

In 2019, Ruben and Natalie crossed paths while working for a large organisation. United by their love for technology and an understanding of its positive impact within an organisation, they discovered a shared ambition to look beyond technology to address broader business challenges. This meeting of minds was a perfect match for innovation. Ruben’s analytical and strategic acumen complemented Natalie’s expertise in project and change management. Together, they realised that the industry needed a more holistic approach – one that addressed both the technical and human aspects of transformation.

Our Purpose

People Process Change was founded on the belief that true transformation isn’t just about technology or processes; it’s about the human experience. We saw a gap in the market, where many organisations were struggling to make transformations that resonated with their people. So we decided to do something about it.
